Canada Flys By Kazakhstan

Canada flew by Kazakhstan 8-0 in a game where all but five players recorded at least one point for Canada. The game brings Canada’s record to 5-0-1. Duncan Keith and Ryan Getzlaf each added three assists.

Canada Rallies For 5-3 Victory Over Finland

Canada fell down by two goals early in the game, but was able to rally and defeat Finland 5-3. Duncan Keith was Canada’s leader in ice time once again with 26:12, and added two assists in the victory.

Team Canada captain Ryan Getzlaf scores winner as Canada beats Switzerland 3-2.

Duncan Keith led Team Canada in ice time, logging 26:03 minutes. Keith currently leads all Canadian skaters with 90:41 total minutes played in four games, seven minutes more than the next teammate.

Keith Forces Overtime vs USA

Duncan Keith forced overtime between Canada and the U.S. by scoring a game-tying goal with 1:49 left in regulation, but Team USA captain Jack Johnson found the net in overtime to give the Americans a 5-4 victory in Helsinki.

The loss brings Canada’s record to 1-1.
